I have been going to this store for a few months or so. I did sign up for an account. When I went in there a second time I was asked if I had an account and of course the answer was yes. Third time , no problem, they seen that I had an account. Tonight I was asked if I had an account with them. Unfortunately they couldn't find me on the computer. Kind of disappointing . I lost all of my points. On the positive side I have had great customer service with many of the employees. Without sounding like a complainer it sure would be nice if the 6 mg flavorless large bottles were in stock more often than not. Thank you.
