Fall out often

These things don’t stay in. I’ve had the Aegis for less than 2 months and the pod broke. My Aegis stopped charging the same day I bought the pod and I don’t think I have the receipt. Garbage device completely. It’s almost impossible to get the mini usb inside to charge it. If I can’t get an exchange, I won’t be purchasing another.
